By using the cleaning services of KVP Cleaning & Care Co LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas, including but not limited to:
Regular Cleaning
Deep Cleaning
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on the size of the home and requested services.
All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Liability & Damages
We are bonded and insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear on household items.
If accidental damage occurs, the client must report it within 24 hours of service completion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access to the home at the scheduled time.
Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before cleaning.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
Conditions in the home pose a safety risk to our cleaners.
Repeated cancellations or non-payment occur.
